I really appreciate having someone take the time to answer questions patiently and without having someone being over persistent on selling me something. Moving in was made easy by the walk through that was arranged. Explaining features and suggestions was done in a nice way so that even the simplest things were covered just in case you didn't know (better explaining too much than too little, right?). "This letter is in regard to the purchase of our new home in which we are extremely happy. Notice that I'm using the word "home". There is a difference between the words "house" and "home". A house is just a building…a home is a warm fun place to live and raise a family. We have lived in both before and I can definitely say this is a home. From the wonderful layout of our home to the new neighbors we have met. We looked at a lot of houses before we bought this one. Some of the things we liked were the location, layout, lot sizes, quality, and price. We still can't believe the price we paid for this home compared to other developers in the area. I can honestly say for the price and quality you can't find a better home.
Having three children also played a large part in our decision on where to buy. One being in middle school, one in elementary, and one toddler. We are very pleased with the schools in the area and the beautiful parks nearby.
Last, and certainly not least, is the service. A very important factor when buying anything is the service after the purchase. Whenever we have had a problem, no matter how major or minor, the response from the service department, both prompt and courteous, has been exceptional."

"This is to convey our thanks and appreciation for the outstanding services my husband and I have received from Seeno. This is our third home, however, our first home purchased from Seeno. From the time we initially purchased our home and worked with the sales representative, Seeno has provided exceptional service and has been responsive to our needs.
We had been looking for over two years for a larger home within our current geographical area of Petaluma. When Seeno invested in the Victoria development, we were unaware of your reputation and did not have anything to fall back on with respect to references and quality of construction. We had been looking for a large formal four bedroom home over 2500 square feet, large rooms, lots of windows, in an open, tranquil setting, and most importantly a well constructed home. To our delight Seeno had everything we wanted. We have found Seeno to be extremely creative in their floor plans, quality of construction, and most important, customer service. With our two former homes, we felt customer service to be a critical part in purchasing through a reputable company. Unfortunately, we experienced little or no response to our requests for services or repairs. With Seeno, you make your call to Customer Service, and the next day we have someone either call us to arrange a date and time, or your representatives are at our door. Since purchasing our home last June, we have had several problems stemming from this winter's storms. Seeno has been exceptional in assessing our needs and making sure our home is as comfortable as possible during any time of inconvenience. (Customer Service representatives) are very personable, attentive to ones needs, quick to take action, make interim recommendations, but most of all are kind and caring.
We very much appreciate owning a Seeno built home and would not hesitate to purchase another one."

"What our family loves most about the Seeno Home we purchased and why we decided to buy:
- Lot size gives us lots of space to be creative.
- Structure of the house.
- Design/floor plan, it's excellent and very unique.
- Interior wall structure that shows light throughout the house, which saves on the light bill.
- The many standard items to chose from were fabulous, wasn't any need to upgrade on most items.
- The kitchen. That's what really sold us on the house. It's spacious, has plenty of cabinets, and the island really make the kitchen and family room really stand out.
- Family room is large but not too large. As a matter of fact it's perfect in size.
- Master bedroom is spacious and I love the fact that it has a full bath. We looked through a lot of homes where the master bedroom only had a shower. This was another wonderful feature that helped us decide on Seeno Homes - A. D. Seeno Construction Co..
- The Den really opens up the living room which gave us the impression of having an extension which can be used in other ways such as a formal dining room or sitting room.
Over all the homes we looked at (believe me we have looked at many) Seeno Homes - A. D. Seeno Construction Co. was by far the perfect home for us. The location is great, close to shopping centers, grocery stores, BART park and ride, gas stations, and the freeway.

"Hello! My husband and I would like to express our deepest gratitude to Seeno for building our dream home. This was our first time buying a home. We were looking for an affordable home and didn't think we could afford anything so luxurious! We had searched for several months when we happened on the Seeno Homes - A. D. Seeno Construction Co. being built in Suisun. We took a look at the models and fell in love with them all. We decided that we wanted the Balboa because we liked the four bedrooms. We met with the nicest sales representative. She was so patient with us and our many questions and I really felt that she cared about us and wanted us to have the house of our dreams. After having lived in our home for several weeks, we still feel like it is a dream come true. I love the way the builders and designers paid so much attention to the little details that make the house so attractive and homey.
The one thing that gives the house such a luxurious look is the cathedral ceiling, the glass enclosed fireplace, and the big dramatic windows in the living room. The master bathroom is also a treat, with it's his and hers sinks and oval bathtub. And of course, let's not forget the lovely kitchen with its abundant oak cabinets and the modern looking matching appliances. I also want to mention that we feel good knowing our house was built with energy conservation in mind. That is an added bonus for us. Every room has something we really like and this first home could very well be our last. I can't say enough about it. Thanks to our sales rep, and to the nice man who did our walk-through and was patient with us and our many questions. Thank you Seeno, for building dream homes for people like us who are owning for the first time and are on a limited budget."

I would like to express my sincere thanks to George Burlakoff and Donne Cheatwood for their professional presence on the front lines of A.D. Seeno Construction Company, Inc. as Sales Managers. I have had the pleasure of working with them since August of 1998, and to this day, when I walk into the Monterra II, Designer Series Sales Office, I continue to receive the smiles and warm greetings as if it were my first visit.
Their professional courtesy on the phone and in the office is impeccable. Their knowledge of the product being offered is outstanding, and never conflicting with one another. They are a dynamic duo for the front lines in the Monterra II, Designer Series Sales Office.
I have been in the Sales Office when it was full of serious buyers, potential buyers and those that were just browsing. I have been in the office when there were clients who were full of questions and concerns, or who were expressing displeasure in scheduled dates and upgrade options or the lack of progress on their homes. No matter how busy they were, I always received a warm smile and was greeted by my first name. They have always, under all circumstances, shown that they were in complete control.
