Your lender will guide you through the loan approval process while our team works behind the scenes to coordinate important milestones. We stay in communication throughout construction and financing to help keep everything on track.

Before closing, you'll walk through your new home with our team and learn about its features, systems, and maintenance requirements. This is also an opportunity to ask questions and become familiar with your new home.
